Contemporary Iran is a nation of complex subtleties, a rich culture and international significance. The 15th Annual Glendon International Studies Symposium on Iran is intended to dispel common misconceptions in order to promote inter-cultural exchange and understanding through a dialogue of diverse perspectives. The Symposium will expand the knowledge base of international and domestic issues pertaining to Iran, including topics ranging from nuclear energy and geopolitics, to women’s issues and contemporary art presented to the wider metropolitan community of Toronto and abroad.
